Most vision applications are utilized to 100% inspect all product in the process with a high degree of confidence in the final output. Vision solutions can be utilized on stationary or in-motion targets with the right combination of correct lighting and camera selection. In addition to the traditional pass/fail confirmation testing typical to a part- or feature-present test, many additional options are available with Adaptek Systems. In many cases vision testing will include text recognition, color verification and physical measurements or gauging.
